Northeast Network
- New Meeting Room/Site and Lending Library
Beginning in November 2006, Monthly Parent Support Groups will be held at The John Dempsey Center Library, at 376 Pomfret St. in Putnam. Meetings generally occur, the first Thursday evening of every month, and run from 6:30-8:30 P.M. With a recent donation of space at the Dempsey Library, families are encouraged to donate books, videos, cd’s or dvd’s that may be helpful to other families in the network. Recycle your materials on any disability-related topic, and help others. Donations may be made by contacting Mona Tremblay, monatremblay@sbcglobal.net, 928-6514
- About Us
Welcome to the new site of the CT Family Support Network Northeast Region. If you are a parent or caregiver of a child with any type of disability, our Network is here to help! Our Parent’s Group typically meets the first Thursday evening of every month, from 6:30-8:30 P.M. We offer support, referrals to agencies that serve children, trainings and presentations on a variety of “user friendly” topics, a voice that reaches the Governor and our State Legislature, family-to-family contacts, an informational list serve, and so much more.
